• We first start with initial franchise training, a 15-day, hands-on course at SERVPRO’s corporate headquarters. This lays the groundwork for the SERVPRO training program and is generally for new franchise owners who want to hone their skills on restoration topics such as fire and water damage restoration. 
• All of our employees must go through IICRC certifications, the industry-approved cleaning, and restoration checkpoints through which all disaster restoration must be followed. Employees are also taught best practices in cleaning techniques and mold remediation and take courses in fire and water restoration so that our team is prepared for when the unpredictable happens. 
• Our staff also has access to e-Learnings and Continuous Education courses designed to improve knowledge of emergency mitigation. Video presentations and reference materials are available to study on a self-paced, flexible basis. After every module, the lessons are broken down into tests to assess proficiency. Becoming skilled at high-quality restoration doesn’t happen overnight!
