Water Damage in a garage in Nashville

This is another garage that was damaged during the freeze of January 2014. Big freezes such as these always come with the potential for large water damage, because if not cared for properly, the expanding frozen water in pipes can cause them to burst, leaking water in the walls and other hard to reach areas. This before after series shows some of our drywall handiwork. This job was done in the home owned by a large national commercial contractor. He was pleased with the work and glad to get the use of his garage back.
